Mijo are always on the lookout for highly experienced tender and bid support people to join the team. Whether you’re a bid writer, manager, coordinator, strategist, graphic designer or have other proven bids and tenders experience, we’d love to hear from you. Your experience will have been within large projects, ideally in Tier 1 organisations across construction, infrastructure, transport, defence, property development, energy, environmental, health, utilities or similar industries.

Are you experienced in writing for large tender responses and do you:

Your role will be to:

• Contribute your expertise to collaboratively produce compelling and professional tender responses

• Liaise with SMEs to plan and manage their contributions

• Create responses that stand out through using your commercial nous and experience

• Be part of a team working together for overall excellent outcomes

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record with winning responses for large projects, particularly in the above-mentioned sectors.

• Minimum of 3 years' tender response experience

• Excellent communication skills - oral and written

• Ability to work solo as well as part of a team

• Have strong attention to detail

• Strong MS-Office skills

• Have a passion for excellence

• ABN a must, own ACN an advantage

Whilst some projects may allow you to work from home, you must have the ability to attend client site if so required. As indicated above, you will be working on short to mid-term contracts with us - this is not a full-time position. Hourly rates apply with most projects being weeks to months in duration.
