In addition to this, she has 25 years' experience in corporate finance and HR/Payroll across a range of industries and specialises in trades and construction. She has worked for sole traders through to multi-national and listed companies. In addition to this, she has run family businesses, so knows the pressures of running a business and meeting and achieving deadlines.

Combining business strategy, HR and people management, Carla works with clients to establish what they need for each job to ensure it brings success for all. She seamlessly works with all people from all size organisations and works to create time, project and financial efficiencies.

Accounts & Admin Support

Clare has over 25 years of experience managing financial records, bookkeeping, and enhancing overall accounts efficiency.  Her background includes working alongside business owners and clients from a diverse range of industries to help support and streamline their operations.

Beyond bookkeeping, Clare also excels in administration including managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and maintaining organised cloud-based filing systems.  Her ability to prioritize tasks effectively, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills, enables her to support both Joanna and Carla closely and contribute meaningfully to the Mijo Team.

Maria has over 30 years of experience providing strategic leadership in management, business development, bid management, project design and implementation.

With extensive experience in identifying and procuring revenue for a broad range of sectors, Maria brings a professional, energetic, and engaging style, with the capacity to quickly build rapport with clients, business/country leaders and individuals. She listens to a client or market sector’s needs and identifies and responds to their requirements. This ability, combined with her collaborative approach, has enabled her to create powerful partnerships, ensuring outstanding, award-winning, innovative, and profitable outcomes.

BID WRITER / SUBMISSION MANAGER / SOCIAL PROCUREMENT

Katia draws on over 15 years' experience to develop tender strategies and lead bid teams to success. She has led Public Private Partnership bids, tenders for Tier 1 contracts as well as overseeing social inclusion and impact activities. Katia has developed and implemented Social and Sustainable Procurement Framework and Plans, Reconciliation Action Plans and developed initiatives around the Victorian Government's Building Equality Policy. Katia’s focus is on ensuring business readiness to meet tender requirements in order to win work: from bid management, tender writing, artwork layout and policy and plan development (particularly in line with Government requirements).

With broad experience undertaking a diverse range of roles across different industries, Les has been able to contribute significantly to organisations through superior strategic thought, leadership and the ability to manage teams of professionals to deliver quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

He is a customer focussed Tender Professional, well versed in all tender and contracting processes with experience across public and private organisations. A detail-oriented writer able to quickly to grasp complex issues and translate these into articulate and compelling responses.

Experienced in working for Major Projects, including road, rail, water and healthcare facility infrastructure, Jacqui is a communications and stakeholder engagement specialist. After a successful career in marketing communications, Greg has brought his strategic, writing and creative production skills to the field of bid writing. Since contributing to the final, successful departmental submission to NSW Cabinet for the massive Beaches Link and Western Harbour Tunnel infrastructure project, Greg has been engaged on major submissions spanning the infrastructure, transport, utilities, defence, environmental and geotechnical categories, and more.

He has also held a senior management position with regional responsibility for one of the world's largest experiential marketing companies.

Tanya’s extensive experience gives her the unique ability to understand client needs, quickly interpret a brief and distil the key elements to deliver clear and creative results. Tanya has been working in tendering for the past 5 years. She has a wonderfully calm and positive demeanour – two very important traits in the tendering environment.

As an ISO certification consultant, Cathy provides expert guidance and support to organisations seeking to achieve ISO certification. With extensive knowledge and experience in ISO Quality, Safety & Environmental Standards, she can help businesses develop and implement management systems that meet the requirements of ISO standards.
